Delivery
All your purchases will leave our warehouse in Italy within 24 hours (business days).
When we dispatch your order we will send you an e-mail with the tracking number.
Shipping times and costs:
Italy: free (48 hours).
European Union*: €12 (48 hours to 6 days ).
* Bulgaria -Malta-Croatia-Greece-Balearic Islands-Cyprus: €20 (48 hours to 6 days).

We will charge to the customer any additional courier cost for leaving us an incorrect address or does not contribute with us for a fast delivery. If the package arrives damaged, please accept it "with reserve".
If you need an invoice, please send us an email with your company name, address, tax code, VAT number (and your Sdi if your company address is in Italy). Once your purchase has been shipped, we will no longer be able to issue invoices.
Returns
You can return or exchange our footwear for any reason but only once for each purchase. Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

The shipping cost is borne by the customer.
A possible new shipping cost for the exchange is free in Italy.
