How do I make a return?

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

  1. Send us a message with a return request using the form at the bottom of the page
  2. Please indicate the name and characteristics of the product you wish to return.
  3. The Miez team will then contact you to schedule the collection of your return.
  4. We will provide you with a label in PDF format, print it.
  5. Place the item in its original box and seal it carefully.
